Corn small breads with pumpkin

200 grams of grated pumpkin
2 eggs
cup of milk
cup of oil
cup of white flour
cup of corn flour
a baking powder


We mix all ingredients together. We put the mixture  into the mold and bake for 25 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees Celsius.

Sweet pumpkin

Ingredients:

one kg of pumpkin
100 grams of sugar
one coffee cup of water


First, we clean pumpkin and cut it into cubes.
Than we put pumpkin cubes in a saucepan, sprinkle with sugar and pour with water. Cover and cook on low heat, until all juice evaporate.

One of my favorite food is pumpkin. Ripe pumpkin has a very orange color. The taste is sweet. Pumpkin is brought to Europe from America (Mexico). Pumpkin is rich with protein, carbohydrates and fat, with vitamins (carotene or pro-vitamin A, vitamin C, E and K and the B vitamins - B1, B2, B6, niacin then, folic acid, etc..) and minerals (potassium, phosphorus, calcium, iron). Energy value is small 26 kcal per 100 grams.


First we halve a pumpkin.


Than we peel the outer part of the crust and clean the middle of seeds.


We can leave seeds to dry. It is good to treat prostate inflammation.


We can make a large number of different meals of pumpkin.

Beautiful shape of pogaca (bread)

From bread dough we make a circle. With scissors cut the three sheets longitudinally.


Every third sheet twist inward,


and the other two layouts side by side.


With one egg yolk coat bread...

Bake in preheated oven.


Serve while is hot.
